"When the world will be converted"

Last week heaps of things happened. First off it turns out that my trainer Elder Gines did indeed get transferred out, we got an unexpected call Monday night saying that he would be moving to Wagga Wagga (Wah-gah-wah-gah) all the way up in new south wales which I was suprized was part of our mission but it is.

I am now training Elder Masausabe and last week I have learned soooo much about being a better leader and example. Plus my skills as a missionary have improved heaps because I now have to lead and train another missionary but I'm loving it because it means that Elder Masausabe and I are together for a reason and we're teaching each other and helping each other be better. My ankle is also doing amazingly well. I'm walking again and can even run a bit so I'm just generally more happy that I can get working into full gear again.

Over the past couple of days learning and serving have really pushed me to improve, but as we know there's always opposition to the good things in life and I admit sometimes I'm unsure if I can truly honestly do it. But I've come to learn and realize that when we feel weak or unsure of things it's just Satan influencing you to stop doing what you're doing. I prayed to know if Heavenly Father believes in me......and I can testify now to all of you that He does believe in me. And not just in me, but in all of YOU. All the experiences of life that are good and that draw you to do good and follow Christ testify of one eternal truth. That God in reality loves each and every one of his children. In fact he loves us so much that he was willing to send his only begotten Son to earth to die for us so WE can return to live with him. I now have a new vision of what I can accomplish as a missionary and as a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and this new vision is actually in part of a talk that President Kimball gave called "When the world will be converted" If you read it you'll understand more of what I mean when I say that I've gained a new conviction and a new attitude towards hastening the work. I love being a missionary so much and I hope that you all have an amazing week! Love Elder Kaanapu,    Jeremiah 32:27 and D&C 112:4
